LA HISTORIA
Captain Hollywood Project fue creado por el artista estadounidense Tony Dawson-Harrison, pionero del movimiento Eurodance, quien recibió el apodo de «Captain Hollywood» mientras servía en el Ejército de los Estados Unidos en Alemania.
Bailarín, coreógrafo, rapero, productor e intérprete, Tony formó parte de la incipiente escena dance europea antes de que el Eurodance se convirtiera en un fenómeno mundial. Su fusión del rap estadounidense y la performance con la producción electrónica dance europea ayudó a definir el sonido que dominaría las discotecas y las listas de éxitos durante toda la década de los 90.

THE STORY
Captain Hollywood Project was created by American artist Tony Dawson-Harrison, the pioneer of the Eurodance movement who earned the nickname «Captain Hollywood» while serving in the U.S. Army in Germany.
A dancer, choreographer, rapper, producer and performer, Tony was part of the emerging European dance scene before Eurodance became a worldwide phenomenon. His fusion of American rap and performance with European electronic dance production helped shape the sound that would dominate clubs and charts throughout the 1990s.
The international breakthrough came with the 1993 album «Love Is Not Sex.» Its smash single «More and More» became an international dance anthem, followed by a remarkable series of hits that established Captain Hollywood Project as one of the signature bands of the era.
